At Her Aura Ritual, each product is thoughtfully curated and prepared with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we ask that you review this policy carefully.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at heraurarituals@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our end.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled or modified.
